Shipping Policy
When will my order be shipped?
Most of our orders will be shipped within 24 hours, once your is placed and delivered within 2-3 working days from the date of dispatch.
Once the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and sms. Once your order has been prepared for dispatch, you will receive dispatch details of your parcel.
You can track your order, by going to your Account section and clicking on 'My Orders' section.
Note: Cash On Delivery (COD) is not available at the moment but will come back shortly.
We ship all across India.

Please note that: For Orders placed during the public holidays, delivery times may be longer than usual.
An item I ordered is incorrect, what do I do?
If you have received an incorrect item, please let us know straightaway by contacting our delivery team on Whatsapp +919891165032 or by emailing us on support@shopunitod.com.
Can i cancel an order I have placed?
We accept cancellations as long as the order has not been shipped. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
